Methodology. Headcount is taken at period end (not summed across months); hires & leavers are summed over the period; facility totals are computed automatically. Assigned staff are included within the totals and shown separately per group. All indicators (attrition, turnover, vacancy, ratios, Saudization, training, engagement) are read directly from the KPIS sheet — nothing is auto-calculated; “—” means the value hasn’t been entered for that facility/period. Deltas compare to the same period last year.
